Candidates for the Municipal
Elections seems to have lost his
feet from ground. With the
passing away of time, the very
people (South West Sikkimay
Janta) who made him what he is
today in Revolution 1993, seems
to have lost complete trust on
these Sikkimay Janta. Many of us
supported him so that He could
bring better changes,
economically, socially,
culturally and political
security and a bright future for
this remote western districts of
sikkim, but every day by day the
Sikkim Democratic Front has
in-fact dashed the hopes and
aspirations of the sikkimay
janta. This Municipal Elections
the SDF has denied party tickets
to those very communities who
had stood with him through thick
and thin and saved the very same
government during the minor
Emergency (Employment Exchange
Act Bandhs). The S.D.F party
should remember, the very same
people who brought the party to
power and made many a sacrifices
to retain the party to power,
the very same people of
Revolutions 1993 can come back
to streets for their denied

WHY WERE NO PARTY TICKETS
ALLOTED TO SOME MAJOR
COMMUNITIES OF SIKKIM (3 Major
Sikkim Communities) WHOSE
POPULATIONS IS MORE THAN 15
PERCENT BUT INSTEAD GIVING 9
PARTY TICKETS TO MIGRANT
POPULATION NUMBERING LESS THAN
10 PERCENT.
2: In
the 4 seats reserved for two
tribal communities, all the 4
seats were given to one single
community whose population is
less than 6 percent and the
other community of 12 percent
does not get even one single
seat.
These
mistakes do not take place
unless it is made intentional to
secure one mans political
position by denying political
rights to majority of Sikkimese
Communities.
We wait for Census 2011 to be
completed and see how the SDF
Party keeps up its election
promises failing which People of
the Community shall seek a
mandate by taking into the
streets, nobody would want your
second class tribal status.

presented that the one in the

bit to think about its evil
consequences in the future.
Sikkim is no more green in its
natural diversity but is far
outranked by the other green,
the piece of green printed paper
which has become the sole dream
of the population. Aspired by
the fanciful skyscrapers and the
booming economy in the foreign
soil, enlightened by the crash
course of the economist abroad
and having no fear for his
future as he has set aside
enough to support a king\'s life
for all his kins for generations
to come, our leader is marching
forward in an open highway with
no obstacle at all. Well it
would certainly be the highway
to hell.
He started his rule by
fulfilling few dreams of the
people. With time, money and
support he has been dreaming
about turning sikkim into
switzerland. Well no one else\'s
dream match with his. Sleepin in
the lap of luxury, one can never
expect a different dream other
than luxury itsef. Today it is
not the dreams of the people but
it is his own dreams he is been
chasing. Taking the most of the
mother sikkim who is now left
with nothing but deep wounds
which would later hurt the
generations of sikkim. He would
be basking in glory somewhere in
the western beaches with a grin
of pity for the sikkim people
who would be facing the
consequences of his selfish
deeds.
People of sikkim seldom ask
themselves about the conditions
of their state but would rather
agree to the suggestions of a
bunch of people in whom they
have laid unconditional faith.
Be not deceived as these bunch
of people are well fed by the
leader. They are mere puppets in
his hands.Don\'t be taken away
by the envelops he lands into
your hand. He is a Godfather who
supplies a deadly drug called
money. He monitors his supply in
such a way that the population
receives the drug somehow or the
other with less effort. A huge
population is today highly
addicted to this drug. When the
time is ripe and when he starts
to sense opposition in certain
areas, or department, or
community, or association then
he would put strict hold and
decrease his supply. And you
know the results, it is simple
economics.
Such small a state with such
small the population and so much
the budget and the revenue yet
so many people are below poverty
line. More than fifteen years of
rule and the only thing that has
changed is that the rich became
richer and the poor the poorer.
Fifteen years....twenty
years...how much time do the
people of Sikkim need to make
their decisions...?? I know
every one is waiting for the
right moment to come without
realising that the moment just
wizzed past you a million times
and is still running beside you.
Well it is simple that be it
good or bad according to the
views of th people yet too much
of every thing is bad. Are you
not fed up of the same figure
and the same face postered in
every nook and corner of Sikkim,
the same face in every meeting.
Yuck...!! i had enough of this
leader. Be it a success or a
failure, a taste of new politics
would be far better than what we
have right now.
Do not remain idle and stare at
the leader hoping for a
honeymoon in switzerland. Soon
the face you have staring at for
so long would wrinkle and
crumble like a wax statue. It
would be too late, because you
too will wither then, your bones
would grow weak and your back
would bend before you can
realise it. I will assure you
that at this moment my words
would start ringing in your ears
turning you deaf. Leave the
honeymoon alone because you will
be burdened with so many words
of regret that you would not be
able finish chanting it even
till your last breadth. So
what\'s keepin you staring at
the screen..?? BUCKLE

know what was the judgment of
the Supreme Court.
For the
knowledge of all, the relevant
portion of the judgment of the
Supreme Court of India in the
case alleging disproportionate
assets/ income of Shri Pawan
Kumar Chamling, Chief Minister
of Sikkim is reproduced below :
1. If
the Supreme Court gives
direction for prosecution, it
would cause serious prejudice to
the accused, as the direction of
this Court may have far reaching
persuasive effect on the Court
which may ultimately try the
accused.
2. It
is always open to the
petitioners to approach the
investigative agencies directly
with the incriminating materials
and it is for the investigative
agencies to decide on the
further course of action.
3.
While we can appreciate the
general claim that the efforts
to uncover the alleged acts of
corruption may be obstructed by
entrenched interests, in this
particular case the petitioners
would be well advised to rely on
the statutory remedies.
4. It
is only on the exhaustion of
ordinary remedies that perhaps a
proceeding can be brought before
a writ court and in any case the
High Court of Sikkim would be a
far more appropriate forum for
examining the allegations made
in the present petition
5.
Hence, the writ petition is
dismissed, however with no order
as to costs

have been hearing that the
people of Sikkim have been
contineously offering the
garlands to the Chief Minister
of Sikkim on his victorious
winning in the Writ Petition
(C)No.353 Of 2006 before the
Hon\'ble Supreme Court of
India.When the crackers started
busting in and around this Place
by so called intellectuals of
Sikkim and educated people of
Sikkim in the night this less
educated but literate person
call on the Senior lawyer of
Supreme Court of India and got
the copy of the Order passed by
the Hon\'ble Supreme Court of
India on 25th March 2010 wherein
all the reputed lawyers had
appeared representing both the
parties and found just
otherwise.May be this person
could not folloe the language
properly but to my understanding
the Writ Petitioner has created
history.I feel the young
brothers and sisters and all
educated unemployed will
understand the truth and
Irequest you all to read the
Orders first before busting the
Crackers. I will give you the
gist of Operative part of the
Order.\
"It
is always open to the

corruption of 1600 crore before

Court has touched this point
also at paragraph 2 in the
Order.I, as a citizen of INDIA
feel much pain when the crackers
were busted maximum by the
educated youth.
We
read so many articles to stop
the I.A.S, I.P.S,I.R.S but we
should try to be more
understanding that we should not
bust crackers on such issues on
the heresay matters and a very
sensitive issues for the
educated unemployed youth.We
should read understand and get
it confirmed from the expert on
the field.
Now
after the above Orders there can
be any number of F.I.R against
the corrupt Officials and the
Politicians.Further there is no
Office of the Central Bureau of
Investigation or the C.V.C in
Sikkim and when the F.I.Rs.are
filed against the corrupt
officers and Politions outside
the State the jurisdiction of
the Courts will be the Court to
decide the case and obviously
that will be a very difficult
situation to cvorrupt people.
The crackers should be busted
for the great achievments of
Shri K.N.Lepcha and others who
did this for the benefits of the
poor and down trodden people of
Sikkim. Kindly understand the
situation and offer Khadas to
the person who did this land
marks.
An
indian of sikkimese origin
requests you all that let us
unit against corruptions but not
against the individuals and
community so that the educated
brothers and sisters will get
the job and not only trainings
through capacity building and
the assurances. Iwould like to
request Mr.Bhojraj Rai to
publish the Order passed by the
apex COURT FOR INFORMATION OF
ALL YOUTH WHO HAVE NOT GONE

to go by yhe people\'s wishes.

Message: To all Youth of
Sikkim, I am confusing about
Janta mela and various
establishment of hydroelectric
projects in sikkim.
1. SDF
party has always says no poor
people living in our state. If
yes then why Govt. has organised
janta mela (means garib\'s mela)
and so many recorded suicide
cases next to Bihar state
including drop out rate from the
state.
2.
Chamling says now sikkim will be
switzerland but it will goes to
todkaland and after few years
says it will become poland
(means too hot land) and Holland
(means every district will be
hole) and noland (means not
getting free land.
If any
clarifications please discuss in
